  1. Search for the employee
  2. Click on the Employee’s Name or Employee ID to view the record.

Current Enrollment Current benefit information as of 'today'.
Future Enrollment Benefit information after ‘today.’
Pending Enrollment Life events waiting for admin approval.
Enrollment History All past enrollment information.
PCP Codes The Primary Care Physician’s code and name if applicable to your benefit plans.
Supporting Documents Any documents that an employee or admin has uploaded.
