Open Enrollment Tracking

The Open Enrollment tab on the dashboard of the home page displays the status of enrollment during Open Enrollment. Historical data is maintained in the system so you can view the outcome of open enrollments in prior years. 

• View Open Enrollment progress
  • Not Started: The employee has not completed open enrollment.
  • Partial, by Admin: Some plan enrollments completed by admin user. But the employee hasn't started open enrollment. 
  •  Completed: The employee has completed open enrollment.
  • View and send emails to employees in each open enrollment status
• View Enrollments by Plan and drill down into plan distribution by clicking the plan type
• Filter the Open Enrollment data based on eligibility (Class, Location, Division and Department).
