The Dashboard
The dashboard allows you to
- View New Hire tracking for any specified period
- View Current Enrollment status
- View Open Enrollment status
- Drill down into enrollment distribution for each plan type
- Gain insight to enrollment by plan types

Current Enrollment
The Current Enrollment tab displays the current status of enrollments among new hires, overall, and by plan.
- View New Hire Tracking for any specified period.
- View the status of their enrollment process.
- Enrolled/Declined: the employee has completed the enrollment process.
- Not Started: the employee has not completed the enrollment process.
- Incomplete: certain aspects of the employee's enrollment was pre-loaded or auto-enrolled, but the employee hasn't started the enrollment process.
- View and send emails to employees in each new hire status
- View the status of their enrollment process.
- View Current Enrollment status
- View Enrollments by Plan and drill down into plan distribution by clicking the plan type
- Filter the New Hire Tracking / Enrollment data based on eligibility (Class, Location, Division and Department).
Open Enrollment
The Open Enrollment tab displays the status of enrollment during Open Enrollment. Historical data is maintained in the system so you can view the outcome of open enrollments in prior years.
- View Open Enrollment progress
- Not Started: The employee has not completed open enrollment.
- Partial, by Admin: Some plan enrollments completed by admin user. But the employee hasn't started open enrollment.
- Completed: The employee has completed open enrollment.
- View and send emails to employees in each open enrollment status
- View Enrollments by Plan and drill down into plan distribution by clicking the plan type
- Filter the Open Enrollment data based on eligibility (Class, Location, Division and Department).
