Employee Experience

If an employee doesn't remember their username or password, they can click the "Forgot Username" or "Forgot Password" links on the login page. An email will be sent to them with instructions on how proceed. 

 Administrators can Reactivate a Blocked Account.

This is for specific cases in which an employee enrolling for benefits after the payroll cut-off date. The employee will be charged retroactively for the missed pay date from the date of the enrollment effective date.
