Why does the Employee Id have "_Termed"?

When an employee is terminated and later rehired, another record is created but is linked to the employee's prior work period record. The prior record is identified with an "_Termed", while the active record is not. You can view either record by click [Go to Termed Record] or [Go to Active Record] next to the employee's username.

How can I update an employee's address on their behalf?

It's best for employees to update their personal information. However, administrators can Change an Employee or Dependent Demographic Information.

When should I reinstate an employee?

When an employee's termination needs to be reversed - the employee's work status is still active. Please contact us to reinstate an employee.

How do I remove the "To-do list" reminders?

Reminders will stop after action is taken. Certain reminders continue even after action has been taken (ie. Open Enrollment) so employee's know they can still make changes. To cease reminder notifications, please contact customersuccess@workforcejunction.com.
