Salary Changes Exceptions

Description
  • Exceptions for salary-based plans due to salary updates that need to be reviewed and updated.
  • Option to select
    • Effective date
  • Data includes
    • Employee name, Enrollee (Spouse or Child), Plan, Plan effective date
    • Salary effective date
    • Current enrollments
  • Action required: Recalculate the volume based on the new salary
  1. Enter a From Date and To Date.
  2. The default Employee Type is Live. 
  3. Click Generate. 
  4. In a few minutes, click Refresh.
  5. Click on the Report Link and the file will open in Excel.
