Beneficiaries Incomplete

Description
  • Employees with incomplete beneficiary information.
  • Options to select
    • Plans
    • Date range
  • Data includes: 
    • Employee name and Plan type
  1. Select Plan Type from the drop down. 
  2. Click All for a full report.
  3. Click Date Range to specify a time period.
    1. Enter a From Date and To Date.
  4. The default Employee Type is Live
  5. Click Generate
  6. In a few minutes, click Refresh.
  7. Click on the Report Link and the file will open in Excel.
