Enrollments and Contributions (Monthly)

Description
  • Contributions and enrollment status of all plans for active and terminated employees.
  • Options to select
    • Plans
    • Effective Date
  • Data includes
    • Employee's work-related details
    • Current employment status and effective date
    • Plan enrollments, coverage tiers
    • Monthly deductions
  1. Enter an Effective Date
  2. The default Employee Type is Live.
  3. Select the desired Plan Types and click Add
  4. Click Generate
  5. In a few minutes, click Refresh.
  6. Click on the Report Link and the file will open in Excel.
