| Description |
- New dependents added into enrollments between specified dates.
- Option to select
- Added between From Date and To Date
- Data includes
- Employee Name, Dependent Name, Dependent Relationship, Dependent DOB, Plan Type, Plan Name, Updated By, and Time of Update

- Enter a From Date and To Date.
- The default Employee Type is Live.
- Click Generate.
- In a few minutes, click Refresh.
- Click on the Report Link and the file will open in Excel.
