Newly Enrolled Dependents

Description
  • New dependents added into enrollments between specified dates.
  • Option to select
    • Added between From Date and To Date
  • Data includes
    • Employee Name, Dependent Name, Dependent Relationship, Dependent DOB, Plan Type, Plan Name, Updated By, and Time of Update
  1. Enter a From Date and To Date.
  2. The default Employee Type is Live
  3. Click Generate
  4. In a few minutes, click Refresh.
  5. Click on the Report Link and the file will open in Excel.
