Update Beneficiaries

Assist employees in adding or updating beneficiary details at any time.

Quick Links

  1. Login as an Employee
  2. Click Quick links at the top right of the screen and select Change Beneficiary.
  3. Click Modify to update beneficiary details for a plan.
    1. Click Add New to add a new beneficiary.
    2. Click Edit to modify existing beneficiary details.
  4. Click Use as Beneficiary to use an existing dependent as a beneficiary.

View Beneficiary link

Navigate to My Enrollments > Current Enrollment tab in Employee Login.

  1. Login as an Employee
  2. Click on My Enrollments tab.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on View Beneficiaries link
  4. Click Modify to update beneficiary details for a plan.
    1. Click Add New to add a new beneficiary.
    2. Click Edit to modify existing beneficiary details.
  5. Click Use as Beneficiary to use an existing dependent as a beneficiary.
