Cost

Description
Point in time benefit cost.

This is an excellent summary of the program, especially useful from a CFO perspective. A lot of financial data is consolidated and presented in an easy to use format, with the ability to easily drill through, and filter by different subgroups of employees, as well as see the data at different points in time. It is an especially powerful presentation to the C-suite, focusing on the net cost to the company of the whole benefit program, and how costs are shared with employees for participatory plan types.

We present here the actual cost, not an estimate or a month to month projection. For companies that have variations in headcount, and costs change month to month, this provides an easy way to track how they are doing, benchmarking as a share of salary, or comparing across employers by an advisor who has multiple employer groups using this dashboard.
