| Distribution of plans among enrolled employees. This dashboard is also a comparison pre- vs. post- Open Enrollment months. In this presentation, it is easy to see migration from one plan to another. There may have been a strategy to encourage migration to a HDHP with an HSA for example. This chart makes it easy to see the result of the strategy immediately after Open Enrollment. The ability to filter the data by groups of employees allows you to deduce insights on the effectiveness of strategies such as communication and education on different groups of employees, and then modify them for increased effectiveness. |
