New Dependents Added During OE

Description
  • New dependents added during Open Enrollment only.
  • Option to select
    • Effective date
  • Data includes
    • Employee name, Dependent name, Relationship, Plan, Coverage tier, Effective date, Enrollment status, Timestamp
  1. Enter an Effective Date.
  2. The default Employee Type is Live
  3. Click Generate
  4. In a few minutes, click Refresh.
  5. Click on the Report Link and the file will open in Excel.
